In this position you will be working directly for the Team Leader of a a Real Estate group at the Glastonbury branch of Coldwell Banker. Knowledge of the Real Estate industry is a plus as many require duties pertain to the industry. Below is a general list of daily duties:
-Accounting and budget management
-Meeting coordination
-Travel plans and reservations
-Errands such as dry cleaning drop off and pick up, grocery shopping, etc.
-Management of email and fax communications on behalf of the manager
-Carrying out projects and research
-Handling confidential information
-Managing personal and professional appointments and calendar
-Updating sites pertaining to the assets of the team
-Meeting strict deadlines on certain work related tasks
-Contract review
-Organizing and completing daily asset task list each day.
Please posses the skills below in order to be considered:
-Organized
-Proficient with Outlook, Google Drive, and DropBox
-Ability to multi-task as well as prioritizing and delegation of tasks
-Self Motivated
-People Oriented (this is a team setting where we deal with numerous clients on a day to day basis, interpersonal skills MUST be on point)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
