A Call Center Representative is needed for a local company. The individual will be responsible for processing of all customer orders.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited:
-Answering heavy inbound phones and handle calls in a timely and professional manner.
-Entering orders accurately and confirming prices and resolving any errors
-Will also process mail, fax and Internet orders daily
-Read purchase orders to follow through on all customer requests
-Update accounts to include current and accurate customer and contact information.
-Offer upsell items and make recommendations to customers on new items, substitute and other specials.
-Keep current with all catalogs, special offers and order procedures.
-Other duties as may be assigned by Manager.
Working hours: 8:30am-5pm., M-F
Qualifications:
-2-4 years of previous telephone sales/customer service experience needed
-Strong and professional communication needed
-Articulate, pleasant, professional telephone manner
--Must have a good command of English language and grammar
--Computer literate ability to access terminal information
---Enthusiastic, self-confident and result oriented

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
