As an Events Coordinator at AdviceOne, you will be a member of a detail-oriented team in an ever-evolving environment.
Your main responsibilities will focus on planning, coordinating, and running events and ensuring incomparable client service with social perceptiveness while balancing the needs of the organization which include:
Research, management and staging for both live and virtual events Relationship building with clients, prospective clients and vendors Heavy client interaction both over the phone and in-person Assistance with branding and design Cleaning and setting up for appointments throughout the day This is a hybrid position.
When not in the office or executing an event, our team has been set up to work from home with full functionality.
Please note, when events are hosted, they are typically during evening hours and evening availability is a must for this role.
Potential for flexibility in hours.
