We are seeking a skilled and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team.
As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our dental office.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our phone systems - Manage patient records and maintain accurate medical records - Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance-related inquiries - Collect payments for services rendered and provide receipts to patients - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room Skills:
- Proficient in using dental software systems a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills -Must be a team player - Dental Insurance knowledge and verification a plus - Dental Insurance experience a plus Candidate must have either 1 yr medical or dental experience.
Dental experience preferred.
