Lincoln Tech's New Britain, CT campus is looking for a Clinical Manager for the Nursing program.
The role is a key part of the school's management team.
You will build and maintain clinical site relationships and manage clinical and lab assignments for students and faculty.
Your goal is to achieve the stated outcomes of the program, maintain optimum student count, and fulfill the institutional mission of the organization.

years of recent Nursing experience at the RN level 2
years of clinical teaching experience, ideally in an academic setting1
year in a management role Current CT State RN License ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with clinical sites Schedule faculty and students for all clinical experiencesManage faculty sick calls and coverage or make-up as neededEnsure all incoming students meet physical requirements for entry into clinical program Conduct clinical site visits, observations, and surveys and review the results with relevant partiesAssist with faculty recruitment, orientation, mentoring, professional development, and evaluationManage and ensure satisfactory student progress through the clinical rotations and Skill Lab processEnsure Skill Lab objectives are met.
