We are seeking a dynamic Salesforce Administrator to join our DevOps space and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Salesforce platform.

This is a hybrid position, with the potential to be in the office up to 1 day a week.
When not in the office, our team has been set up to work from home with full functionality.
Responsibilities:
In this pivotal role, you will be an integral part of our DevOps team, working alongside two other Salesforce Administrators and a Developer.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the design, development, and optimization of the Salesforce platform to drive innovation and business growth.
Ensuring seamless system functionality, maintenance, and updates to maximize efficiency and performance.
Crafting tailored Salesforce features, including user management, custom objects, and workflows, to align with evolving business needs.
Championing data integrity through meticulous management of data imports and exports using Salesforce Data Loader.
Spearheading the creation and refinement of Salesforce flows to elevate user experience and streamline operations.
Collaborating cross-functionally on transformative projects to identify opportunities for innovation and implement impactful solutions.
Qualifications:
As a Salesforce Administrator with us, you will:
Possess a Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201); additional certifications (e.
g.
, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) preferred.
Demonstrate strong data management skills, including Salesforce native reporting and Data Loader.
Exhibit mastery in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration tools, such as Flows, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
Showcase the drive to excel independently and within a team, with a relentless focus on prioritization and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excel in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire colleagues and stakeholders.
Demonstrate sharp analytical prowess and problem-solving abilities.
Embody a commitment to continual improvement and adaptability to change.
Hold a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Possess a 4-year degree.
