The role will require 20-25 hours/week, but the hours/days are flexible.
Monday is mandatory, but the rest of the week can be broken up however you like between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM.
Responsibilities Answering the phone in a pleasant professional manner.
Direct caller to the proper person etc.
Greet visitors.
Prepare Mass cards.
Prepare sacramental certificates.
Data Entry-offertory envelopes.
Assist with the printing of Worship aids and funeral programs.
Open and sort mail.
Assist other departments with small projects as needed.
This is an evolving position based upon parish needs and direction of the Pastor.
Qualified candidates must demonstrate excellent computer proficiency and have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, as well as use of the Internet.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are requirements of this position.
All candidates should also be knowledgeable of the Caltholic Church and Fatih.
