This role is part sales, recruiting, and placement of candidates in positions with local businesses.
We are seeking a go getter who is detail oriented, has strong relationship skills and strives to exceed sales and staffing goals.
BDM requires a self-starter, goal oriented, energetic team player to successfully meet the needs of our clients and business.

Responsibilities:
Develop new business leads that turn into agreements and placements Generate sales to contribute to the branch's overall revenue and net profit Meet with prospective businesses and place calls to grow our current client base Meet monthly, quarterly, yearly sales, gross margin targets Develop relationships with decision-maker level with accounts Execute sales plans for each marketing opportunity Network across all areas of business to establish new client relationships Sales Manager Job Requirements:

years successful outside sales experience BA or BS is preferred but can be substituted for similar experiences Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to make independent decisions and exercise sound judgment and discretion according to company policies to ensure profitability Jump start your career with an entrepreneurial award winning team.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
