This position will require a high degree of both confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Full ownership of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting close processes for four entities Preparation and analysis of core financial statements Participate in preparation and analysis of budget and reforecasts Work directly with Director of Finance/Admin and Admin Manager on key strategic Accounting Initiatives Monitor and manage cash flow Preparation of documentation for accurate and timely tax filings and coordination with external tax accountant Assisting with other Admin responsibilities which may include assistance with Human Resources, Compliance or Property Management - 25% Provide excellent customer service while assisting our Client Experience department as needed - 10% This is a hybrid position, with the potential to be in the office up to 1 day a week.
When not in the office, our team has been set up to work from home with full functionality.

The successful candidate will possess:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum 2 year of accounting/finance experience Thorough knowledge of accounting rules and procedures, general ledger accounting and account reconciliation 1 year of budgeting experience preferred 2 years of public audit experience preferred Analytical skills Attention to detail, good follow through & communication skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in high-pressure environment High focus on continuously improving systems Critical thinking and problem solving Intermediate to advanced skills of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Indexing, etc.
)
