5 Quick Apply Full-time 3 hours ago Full Job Description NursePower is a CT-based staffing agency, and we are looking to add experienced RNs and LPNs to provide medically necessary in-home nursing care in Glastonbury, CT.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Systematically assess and document patient needs through an interview, observation, mini-mental, and physical examination Follow the individual care plan and consult with the nurse care manager prior to making any modifications Measure, record, and report deviations from the client's established vital sign baseline Administer medications and treatments Change dressings, and bandages, and apply/remove medical devices as prescribed per medical order Communicate with physicians regarding client needs and concerns Educates client and family members about dietary recommendations and monitor client's nutritional needs Transports clients to and from required physician appointments If you are a mature self-starter who works independently and has at least three (3) years of experience working as an LPN or RN, we are looking to partner with you.
